This company is a bunch of no life scammers, they increase prices for no reason and barley do any repairs or any of that stuff.
This company is a scam, I live in a house owned by them. They don't care about your house safety and they would keep raising my monthly fee. There was a time I almost got my bike stolen because the robbers broke me bike lock. I first told the owners of the Strata. They didn't even care. Next, I contacted the management, they didn't even respond and they just hung up. Planning on buying a house? NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER, BUY A PROPERTY THE PACIFICA MANAGEMENT OWN!!!
