The place has good ambiance and a great view of ocean, staff were great, bit I think the food was average. I had salmon which apparently is a menu highlight, the dish design was nice, but the salmon was a bit undercooked inside for my liking. Additionally the dish was too greasy. The green beans were amazing though, fresh and crispy👌
Loved it! Great food and service. We were on the patio during sunset so the atmosphere was amazing. That coupled with being on vacation and having loved family and friends around, made for a memorable evening.
Last evening, after seven months since our last visit to Del Mar (from Tucson AZ), when Patch greeted our dog, Darwin, upon arrival there was no doubt we were in our "happy place." Indeed, Patch may be the best restaurant sever in North County...if not all of San Diego! Also, the food and beverages are exceptional...as well as an exceptional value. Whether we are passing through to see the grands in LA... or just to chill in this wonderful destination, Pacifica Del Mar (and Patch) is a can't miss experience!
The view is great! Great seafood options. The halibut and the grab cake were really tasty. I'd definitety recommend, but you should sit outside to enjoy the great views. It's also good for a date or a business meal.
