I lived here for 2 years (one year lease and renewed for a little over a year) until the rent went up far beyond what I could see as logical for the area and I ran it by the staff and arranged to leave shortly after my 2nd lease. I really enjoyed my time at this location. Covered assigned parking gated, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities (renovated with new washer and dryer at min $1.75 per load) and clean. Staff that were both speaking to me and making me feel uncomfortable about the situation there was a little problem with my cousin smoking in the pool area and it wasn’t fair how they were confronting me at the office at the office Leslie and Jenny.
