I rented there for three years; be careful before renting at this place. When you move out, they keep your deposit and charge you extra for apartment repairs. Within a week, the unit I had lived in was back on the available . I took great care of the apartment, and I am absolutely certain they only cleaned the carpet—they didn't do any remodeling. Make sure you get a renovated apartment, given how demanding they are about down payments.
I lived here for 2 years (one year lease and renewed for a little over a year) until the rent went up far beyond what I could see as logical for the area and I ran it by the staff and arranged to leave shortly after my 2nd lease. I really enjoyed my time at this location. Covered assigned parking gated, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities (renovated with new washer and dryer at min $1.75 per load) and clean.
