I lived here for 2 years (one year lease and renewed for a little over a year) until the rent went up far beyond what I could see as logical for the area and I ran it by the staff and arranged to leave shortly after my 2nd lease. I really enjoyed my time at this location. Covered assigned parking gated, 2 pools, 2 laundry facilities (renovated with new washer and dryer at min $1.75 per load) and clean. Staff that were both speaking to me and making me feel uncomfortable about the situation there was a little problem with my cousin smoking in the pool area and it wasn’t fair how they were confronting me at the office at the office Leslie and Jenny. This is how I received this apartment. When I moved into this apartment I did so happily thinking that I was going to find something clean and well-kept. In these three months that I have been here I have been battling with bad odors and cockroaches, something that I have already reported and the response was to empty all the cabinets to have them fumigated.
