Wished I can give 0 star. I was going for dr. Chan, as a new patient, for annual PAP. Front desk recommended Dr. Green as Dr. Chan is booked out for the next 2 months. Dr. Green initially seemed normal but conducted multiple invasive exams without asking me or informing me, including a rectal exam, that I did not ask for, while I was lying on the chair naked thinking she would only do 1 invasive exam which is PAP. Dr. Fung Yee Chan is truly the greatest doctor. I was incredibly nervous about an IUD replacement, after my first insertion was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. As soon as she learned that I was nervous, Dr. Chan was incredibly kind - explaining every step of the process as she went through the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect, allowing me to play music, and having ALL the right pain relief options prepped for me. Dr Neiman had a one hour appointment with me which she only talked to me for 10 minutes and forgot to order me multiple lab experiments causing me having to go back and forth to the labs. She later charged me for those appointments as well even though all she said during the appointment was “ oops sorry I forgot to order you this other thing” Thank you for not being helpful
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I should have never gone after reading the reviews. I went for an annual exam in January, which would've been fully covered by insurance, but due to their shady billing practices I ended up with an insane bill that my insurance didn't even cover all of it. I have emailed 4 times and called their billing twice with ZERO response. Do not go here unless you want mediocre care, pay the highest possible price, and then get ghosted.
I’ve been seeing by obgyn from this office, whom I love, for the past 22 years. They have an appointment request form on their website, which I’ve submitted twice this week. I thought perhaps I filled out the first one incorrectly, so submitted another the next day. (You do not receive an acknowledgement email.)
