Shameful, Disgusting and Unethical is the only way to describe the treatment my wife received today at Pacific Women's Healthcare. She has been a patient of Pacific Women's Healthcare since 2014 through the birth of our two children. No one should have to feel the humiliation that was bestowed upon my wife by their office manager Pam as she chased my wife and my two children out of the office. She was absolutely horrified. Love my doctor, but was on hold three days ago for over an hour before the call dropped. There is no way to leave a message for your individual physician. Is that ethical? I left a message on the only voicemail available, and it has not been returned. Still waiting for test results that came in on Tuesday. On hold after 40 minutes this morning and still waiting.
I just love this office. They are so friendly and kind. Dr Lai is great. Because of Dr Lai I Have healthy niece and nephew. I would not go anywhere else. Plus they have everything you need...ultrasound, blood draw.....etc.
I love the staff. I drive from Chin Hills to Newport and my last appointment confirmed why I do this. I booked an 8:00 am appointment last Friday which meant I had to leave my house by 6:30. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. The receptionist went and talked to Dr Kent and she worked it out so I was only 15 behind. I love Dr. Kent she listens to what you have to say and is very interested in getting you to a right place. Highly recommend.
