This was my first time at Pacific Wok. I must say the people working there were outstanding. The menu easy to read and the prices reasonable compared to other restaurants of this nature. I had the Yakitori Chicken Bowl and it was delicious. However, the egg noodles were significantly undercooked or they were so old they had gotten tough. The vegetables were a little under cooked but fine for my. My two girls both thought the vegetables were undercooked. But we all agreed the meat was delicious.
Sushi was not fresh at all. Over priced! They don't give refunds on cc payments. They will only give gift certificates. Really. Come on.
I love the food here, but I waited for 18 minutes in he drive thru today ordered at 1:47 at the sartell location, not during busy time... no sorry or actually words at all, 2nd time in 3 weeks.
Only received half our order. Drove back to pick up the rest only to discover it was still missing some of the items.
