Had a great experience with Pacific Windows! It was a seamless process to have measurements done, window and colors picked out and scheduling install was easy. The team did a beautiful job, cleaned up very nicely. Would definitely use them again!

I had a terrible experience with Pacific Windows in Washington. From the start, communication was poor, and getting updates on my order was like pulling teeth. The installation was delayed multiple times with little to no explanation. When the windows were finally installed, they were not properly sealed, leading to drafts and condensation issues. We had very old failed windows. The crew took the time to get it correct and we are very pleased with the results. Eugene took the time to explain everything and we felt supported through the process. The crew was professional, they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.
