Pacific West Roofing.... Contacted this company regarding replacing my roof due to the hail damage the Redding Area experienced in May. The Pacific West contact person was rude, abrasive, only concerned if it was an insurance job, and told me " this is how it is going to be done"... I think they have a little too much business right now and their customer service representative needs to go back to charm school.......

Roof replacement was just completed ON TIME and AT ESTIMATE!!! I would recommend Pacific West to anyone. Todd is both professional and friendly and always returns call, texts, etc. ASAP. He is on top of each job. His roofers have been with him for years and they are also very professional, respectful, and hard working. They clean up everything when finished. I wish ALL contractors could be this good! The roof looks beautiful and is exactly the color I was looking for. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

These guys went above and beyond for us! !!! They are truly amazing! If you want your home done rite the first time call pacific west !! I can't express enough how happy I am with their work and their attitudes are just great, they had to totally customize our roof to make it work and they made it totally bulletproof, it's absolutely beautiful !!! :) I feel so blessed to have found these guys !!!!! :)
