Pacific West Imports is the best! No hidden fees and a great atmosphere. Sam along with his staff were so helpful with the whole process. He was not pushy and was open to every question we had.

Honestly, the best car buying experience I’ve had. Sam at Pacific West Imports is a legend—he jumped through every hoop the banks threw at us to get my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Pacific West. The vehicle was exactly as listed online. The price was below market. There was no pressure to buy. Communication via phone and text was clear and easy. The pre-approval process for the financing was done online from my home so purchasing the vehicle took less than 2 hours in the office.
