I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Pacific West. The vehicle was exactly as listed online. The price was below market. There was no pressure to buy. Communication via phone and text was clear and easy. The pre-approval process for the financing was done online from my home so purchasing the vehicle took less than 2 hours in the office. Best car buying experience of my life! Sam is a truly honest, kind, genuine human being. He took me and my mom through the whole process from scheduling an appointment to making sure I got everything out of my old car (which I traded in). This is my 2nd purchase from Pacific West Imports. Took a 2023 cargo van for my business. The service was exceptional, great team! They are genuine and honest people. The next time I need to buy another vehicle I will surely come back to here
