Honestly, the best car buying experience I’ve had. Sam at Pacific West Imports is a legend—he jumped through every hoop the banks threw at us to get my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. The entire process was so quick I even made it back to the cabin while the sun was still shining. It’s rare to find a dealership that actually wants the best for the customer, but these guys do. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Pacific West. The vehicle was exactly as listed online. The price was below market. There was no pressure to buy. Communication via phone and text was clear and easy. The pre-approval process for the financing was done online from my home so purchasing the vehicle took less than 2 hours in the office. Best car buying experience of my life! Sam is a truly honest, kind, genuine human being. He took me and my mom through the whole process from scheduling an appointment to making sure I got everything out of my old car (which I traded in).
