I highly recommend Steven and Pacific West Exteriors. He and his team did an amazing job with dismantling an old, leaky and dangerous addition to our 115 year-old home and essentially giving the back of our house a new life! Steven was always available to explain things and show me the work they were doing on this complex job. He's been really great about keeping costs low and working with us to prioritize. Much appreciated!

Pacific West Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof replacement, job crew did what they needed to do with a few roof repairs, kept the job site clean and the new shingles look Great!

They were able to get to our roof repair quickly after we found water coming in near our chimney. It's an older Vancouver house and the roof needs replacement sometime this year too which I will get them to do. Steve used his infrared camera and found some water issues that we couldn't see without it. This also included providing more ventilation to avoid the new shingles from baking like the previous roof. They are a professional group of people, and I've had neighbors comment on the new roof which is awesome.

I just returned home after being out of town for work and was blown away with my new roof! It looks fantastic. I have an older style home here in Marpole (Vancouver) area that was in great need of some TLC as we're getting ready to sell in the fall. What started out with some roof repairs ultimately turned into a full replacement as it just made sense.
