Ralph was an absolute professional and truly understands his industry and has a very high level of customer service and integrity. Definitely will be using Ralph from here on out!
Ralph is an awesome, professional appraiser. He was able to provide appraisals for over 25 properties within 30 days. He has many years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, and it really shows. Ralph is pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond in his call to duty to explain, what the various fields in appraisal report meant and answer all our obscure questions. We will continue to utilize Ralph for properties in Washington State.

Pacific West Appraisal has done a number of appraisals for me. I like using Ralph because of his extensive experience, training, and knowledge of the local real estate market.
