....part of the job was cutting into my wall to hard-wire the new, sleek, and very easy to use thermostats that Chris installed. His Carpenter, John, turned this little, unnoticeable cut in my wall, into like nothing ever happened. This is the dedication to perfection and actual perfection and attention to details anyone will experience from Pacific West.
Chris and his entire crew couldn't have been better. Everyone was so polite and professional. The job was done quickly, but efficiently, and with absolutely no bother to us, or any one of our neighbors. Chris went above and beyond, as promised He stayed after his crew left to explain everything that was done and left us with absolutely zero questions, absolutely nothing to clean up and absolute peace of mind. 10/10.
