At first, when they show you the apartment they are very nice people, but later they show their true colors and raise the price. They tell you that there is free parking for 6 months or that you can live in this apartment for one month free but it's all a lie and deception
Amazing property Management by Veldette (Super). Available at a moments notice for her tenants, building is kept clean and well maintained!
Just wanted to share how happy I am living in this building. Valdet and Genc are truly the best managers! They're always so helpful and kind. Whenever I have a concern, they take it seriously and act quickly. Feeling grateful to have them around!
I am very happy with the building.It’s very clean.The managers Valdet and Genc are amazing people.If we have any issue they are there to help.It’s been 7 months since i am here and i am very happy
We have lived here for more 6 years, Valdet is an excellent building manager, she actions any complains/issues right away/within a reasonable timeframe. Very friendly to interact with, very professional, and great to work with!
