This building is very nice and clean. Val and Genc are always on top of any concerns. It’s all about communication, availability, and respect—and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. Thank you, Val and Genc. Much appreciation!
At first, when they show you the apartment they are very nice people, but later they show their true colors and raise the price. They tell you that there is free parking for 6 months or that you can live in this apartment for one month free but it's all a lie and deception
Amazing property Management by Veldette (Super). Available at a moments notice for her tenants, building is kept clean and well maintained!
Just wanted to share how happy I am living in this building. Valdet and Genc are truly the best managers! They're always so helpful and kind. Whenever I have a concern, they take it seriously and act quickly. Feeling grateful to have them around!
