Absolute worst experience for my poor elderly step mother! She’s in her 70’s and she has been going to this office almost a year to obtain dentures and still has one set that doesn’t even fit her. She has just a few teeth so she cannot eat much of anything substantial. My father and her are very patient people and the “office manager” Sylvia is by far one of the rudest people. Beware of this company. They seem to prey on the elderly. As all medical and dental offices rely on the patient's insurance for payment, these guys will rip them off and charge for services not done. And once the patient is financed, ( care credit), will comply and charge the full amount to the patient. I see a scam here as they have done with my mother. Shame on you Pacific Wave Dental.
