I love this place! It's my refuge when I need to recharge. The facilities are great and I'm never disappointed with my massage. Best spa in OC!
Just 3 stars because I had a gift card and they didn't honor the treatment, they charge me more because the prices went up, which is ridiculous. If you wanna do that, you have two options: put an expiration date on the card or don't sell treatments, just money. So, I'm really disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, and the treatment was great.
An excellent facial from Glo! She was fantastic! So glad she suggested the Seaweed masque for my eyes and lips as an addition to the treatment. Also, the staff in the reception and gift shop area were friendly and helpful. A great experience!
