I waited a couple of months for this appointment and Dr. Hu was of no use. She was not informative and looked like she just wanted to move onto the next patient. There were not any waiting. She seemed annoyed when you asked questions. The condition I have requires the testing and treatment of an otolaryngologist or ENT. The first ENT I went to referred me to dr Hu. “Dr. Hu and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. She is thorough and explains everything clearly. The wait times are always short, and she follows up to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend!
Dr. Hu is just amazing! I can t thank her enough and my voice immediately sounded better after the botox treatment. She is professional- patient and I completely trust her.
It has taken me a while to write this review but decided to let other patients know about my experience. The second appointment I went in for Botox to the vocal cords due to spasmodic dysphonia, I mentioned to Dr. Hu that I was suffering from vertigo and could she not put my head so far back. She completely ignored that pushing my head even further up when I tried to straighten a bit. The clinic imposes a $100 cancellation fee for appointments not canceled more than 48 hours in advance, which would be acceptable if they were responsive. I called over five times last week, left three voicemails, and submitted an online form for an email reply, but received no response. With the appointment now less than 48 hours away, I still can’t reach anyone to reschedule. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
