I’m a Ortho-K wearer, and I’m not sure why, but Dr. Qian seems to have a problem in telling me my prescription, and has a history of doing so for other patients too. He seemed quite bothered by me even asking the question and even said I had “problems in the head”. He also insisted that I don’t actually have a prescription anymore (even though he and I both know that’s now how it works). I wouldn’t bother trying to deal with him; once you get in you’re not gonna get out easily.
I've never been to any clinic that's this messy and disorganized. Stuff is piled up everywhere, and there is a funny smell in the examine room. Sitting through an examine was not an enjoyable experience.
The doctor is careful and professional! And price is really reasonable. Strongly recommended
I went for a regular eye exam and following the exam, Dr. Qian stated that I was unable to take my prescriptions unless I bought contacts through his practice. I am insured and knew that this was inaccurate, however he grew increasingly irate and stated that if I did not pay for my contacts and bill them through him, I would not be able to leave with my prescription.
