Where to start, we lived here for 4 years rented a 2 room apartment, the main apartment door was busted from day 1, we called many times to get it fixed and it never happened, a couple weeks after we moved we had bees coming inside from the bathroom ventilation system we called the office and they told us they can't do anything because couldn't kill the queen or some bull like that, in which I ended up buying a can of raid and killing the bees myself, when the change management mold started to show up in the main room, and t... read more

RUNNNNN RUN RUN..DONT APPLY HERE.This place is only good for a year not even that.We definitely need new management and new ownership.Every work order that we put in the job is done half ass it's like they hiring anyone to do the job for a cheap price.We have roaches here been here 10 years no progress in that area.Ownership keeps raising rent but doesn't put in the work around the property or in the units to be raising rent.I cant wait to move if rent here goes over 1500 I'll will be moving cause it's definitely not worth i... read more
The office is not open when they are supposed to be . They dont return phone calls at all. They have poor management and ownership
