Pacific Village Apartments terrible place to live. A criminal was just arrested again last week. We lived there for 2 years . Before we moved in they promised us a sliding glass patio door in one of the bedrooms. It was never put in at all in the 2 years. The kitchen sink & bathroom sink leaked. Maintenance came out 3 times to fix but it still leaked. They refused to come out anymore. One of the bedrooms we reported the roof was leaking & mold in the corner & back wall.
