I have lived here for a number of years. The Managers are extremely hard to find. No one is ever in the office. Maintance is hard to get done because you spend more time trying to get a hold of them first, then you have to wait more time to get it done. They spend a lot of time sprucing up with flowers but the rest of the place looks like heck. Make sure you can fix your own things before you move here. The only person I ever see working around here is the asst. manager if you can keep track of who that is this week.
