I had the unfortunate experience experience of living at Pacific View for two and a half years. Pacific View change owners part way through my stay and that was for the worse. While I was staying there, there was a horrendous drug problem along with drug dealers coming in and out of the building at all hours. Staff was aware of this problem and they would look the other way. There were numerous health condition problems ranging from cleanliness of shared bathrooms to mice infestation on the second floor.
