I hired Jorn Lange, President and Contractor for Pacific View Builders, to build an approximately 400 su.ft. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) above my 2 car garage. The project began in August of 2022, after approximately two years of planning and obtaining various permits from the City of Ventura. Sewer, water and gas lines needed to be connected underground and the wood frame for the structure was built outside the existing garage with a poured concrete foundation to support the entire structure.
