I recently toured an 800 sq ft apartment at Pacific View Apartments, and I was truly impressed! The layout felt spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light and absolutely stunning ocean views that make the space feel even more open and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions during the tour. Overall, it left a great impression, and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home!
I just went and saw this place with my wife last week. This place was gorgeous!!! Loved the old world sort of charm it had, and it was super close to the stores and beach. Also probably had some of the best interaction with the leasing staff we've encountered, since we started looking. Honestly, the only reason we didn't take the apartment right then and there is that it didn't fit with out time frame, which is still a few months out. I lived here for a couple of years and they still don’t do a thing about the smoking. The owners should be concerned because of the fire hazard. You pay for the views and second hand smoke🤢🤢!!
I was talking to their leasing agent for over a week to schedule a viewing. I drove all the way to Pacifica and he completely flaked out on me. Nobody was there. I called and nobody answered. They completely wasted my time and I am still mad about it. I was ready to pay for a rental. They are horribly unprofessional.
The views here are amazing! Every apartment has a balcony that faces the ocean. I've seen whales breaching, double rainbows, and innumerable stunning sunsets. In the almost 9 years that I've been here, management has changed a few times. The current management has been in place for a few years now and seems to be stable and has been making improvements around the property. Neighbors are generally respectful and friendly.
