I was talking to their leasing agent for over a week to schedule a viewing. I drove all the way to Pacifica and he completely flaked out on me. Nobody was there. I called and nobody answered. They completely wasted my time and I am still mad about it. I was ready to pay for a rental. They are horribly unprofessional.
The views here are amazing! Every apartment has a balcony that faces the ocean. I've seen whales breaching, double rainbows, and innumerable stunning sunsets. In the almost 9 years that I've been here, management has changed a few times. The current management has been in place for a few years now and seems to be stable and has been making improvements around the property. Neighbors are generally respectful and friendly. I am so happy to make my home here! The location is excellent with such close beach access and the views from my apartment are stunning! The community is friendly and diverse; and the management and maintenance staff are attentive and professional. Thanks Pacific View Apartments!
I have lived here for many years and really love it. The view is magical and price point is the best in the area. Michelle the property manager is amazingly helpful and responsive. Over the years she has always been available to me in emergencies.
