Mrs. Pacific View has Apartments in El Centro, CA 92243, in Imperial County called El Centro Desert Gardens Apartments. Their current management is awful. Since my stay, I've known of a tenant's satellite stolen and a car stolen in broad daylight. Current management refuses to put security during day or night.
