My first time here was a good experience. Some time later I came here to get my ear quickly checked after getting tinnitus, because I couldn't get an ENT appointment right away. The doctor suggested getting an ear lavage, which I reluctantly tried but stopped almost immediately because it was far too loud. Made my tinnitus worse and it hasn't gotten better. Easy in and out! I have been to my share of Urgent cares as a child. As an adult I have been very particular as wait times and the staff make all the difference. Die toy privacy for patients they do have the TV louder than one would expect but I understand the privacy factor. I feel the waiting room is always decorated with the latest holiday and the chairs are clean. Tissues and mask are offered in the waiting room area.
