PTC did a great job installing a ramp into my new Sprinter production van! They were extremely busy but were able to get me in sooner than later because they knew I had to get my van in use asap. Super friendly people as well!
Jesse is a huge help. Very knowledgeable about all part numbers at a very detailed level. Looking forward to working with PTC going forward.
Amazing crew of people there, Kent was easy to deal with and very professional. They did exactly what I wanted. Exceeded my expectations and kept me on budget with my build. I will back to have them do more work on my truck. I won’t trust anyone else. They wired up some auxiliary lighting and did a fantastic job.
1/25/24: Reduce your expectations, perhaps it will work out... I made the assumption that the prior five-star reviews would be my experience. NOT ... EVEN ... CLOSE!.. I have an RV (sprinter van) rental that my customer scraped. After I read their high (and low) reviews that seemed too vague to trust, I scheduled for Jan 8, 2024 and was told it should be done overnight (the next day).
