PTC did a great job installing a ramp into my new Sprinter production van! They were extremely busy but were able to get me in sooner than later because they knew I had to get my van in use asap. Super friendly people as well!
Amazing crew of people there, Kent was easy to deal with and very professional. They did exactly what I wanted. Exceeded my expectations and kept me on budget with my build. I will back to have them do more work on my truck. I won’t trust anyone else. They wired up some auxiliary lighting and did a fantastic job.
1/25/24: Reduce your expectations, perhaps it will work out... I made the assumption that the prior five-star reviews would be my experience. NOT ... EVEN ... CLOSE!.. I have an RV (sprinter van) rental that my customer scraped. After I read their high (and low) reviews that seemed too vague to trust, I scheduled for Jan 8, 2024 and was told it should be done overnight (the next day). These folks get our vehicles ready for a 140 car fleetsuper fast. Very friendly and have never had a problem.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and very accommodating. I dropped my work van to have the ladder rack completed. I got a ride home and they were very communicative with eta and dropped my van at my door several hours ahead of schedule.
