A family business that has customer service right. With the dedicated Lance RV offering, and with over 50 years of hands on knowledge, they are way ahead of the RV pack. Teresa at customer service and parts is awesome! If you are looking for a high quality build travel trailer you need to stop in at the Pacific Travel Center.
My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience here, and the dealership completely wasted our time. Throughout the week, we had been communicating directly with Kevin (the owner) about a used Lance 1172 truck camper. We exchanged multiple emails, photos, and details to make sure it was worth making the one-hour drive to inspect it. Went in to look at Lance campers. We didn't end up buying one, but we were amazed at Kevin and his team's willingness to go above and beyond to help us make an informed decision. There was no pressure at all to buy and step by step it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely return when we are ready to buy another Lance camper!
Needed a last second plug, pulled into the lot 5min before closing. The really nice lady stayed open long enough to help me out and really saved the day for me!! She was the absolute nicest person ive talked too in some time and just knew what I needed when I was not sure. Thank you for saving me and being super awesome!!!
