BAD ADVICE! I called these guys and asked what soil would be best for reseeding my lawn. The woman advised the THREE-WAY TOPSOIL. I had it delivered for twice the cost of the actual soil and soon discovered that this soil is garbage. it is simply glacial till sifted down to 1/2 inch with some random grass clippings thrown in. it is delivered slightly damp, but when it dries out, it is just low quality glacial till with a lot of volcanic rocks. it has no nutrients whatsoever and it is basically just reclaimed from contruction... read more
