8am took my car in for ac service. We discussed me wanting not only a top off but the leak to be addressed. Kevin said yes they can do that. At 2pm they call and say it's ready and that they only topped it off. I asked why not address the leak and he said they dont have time. Now im supposed to go back and forth twice to get it fixed. Honesty! This is a true story and I'll try and keep it short. I literally just got an alignment somewhere else and this same day a nail was in my tire🤦♂️. I drove to Pacific Tire and asked if they can patch my tire. I was greeted with excellent service but the most important part was their honesty. I was researching and looking for a good tire shop to install custom wheels on my C7 Corvette. I found Pacific Tire Service Center and they did an amazing job. I had no appointment, the price was great, the employees were knowledgeable and super friendly. They replaced my wheels with custom ones, balanced and installed. There wasn't a scratch on them and they went above and beyond to clean them and shine my tires. Their shop was clean and had all new equipment. I highly recommend this shop.
