If you would have asked me a year ago, I wouldn't have recommended Pacific Tire. They were always too busy to do a simple tire plug, or balance a tire. I have now been there three times in two months and they were never super busy. They could always fit you in pretty quickly.
Came in for what I thought was a punctured tire, turned out to be a crack in the rim. Pacific Tire got a replacement from the dealer and took care of everything. Very professional and great service. Would recommend highly.
8-11-2025 Had another great experience with Pacific Tire Service Center. This time they replaced the Air Conditioning Compressor on my 2016 Honda. Works great and the service was quick. July, 2025 Brought my car in for 35,000 mile maintenance. Pacific Tire Service fit me in on the same day. Service was great.
Come here if you want your wheels scratched and for them to not even screw in your wheels correctly. So many other issues with this place. 1. My wheels were scratched up. I know it wasn't scratched coming in because I washed it recently and inspected it. When I came back the next business day on Monday the manager Bella said don't worry, we'll get it fixed. 3 days later on Thursday another manager Miguel calls me and says to come in to talk to him.
