Businesses welcomed! Fast & efficient work with fair prices! Our transportation company has used PTG over the past few years and a bunch of tires later they are still superior to the other companies! They can be busy so expect a little wait when on the phone or in the office. Customer service on point with a nice waiting room, cold AC, TV & clean bathroom facilities! I am never happy to need to go to Pacific tire but I am always welcomed when I walk in. the staff are all nice and friendly from the people answering the phones, the front office staff, delivery drivers and the guys who pull your orders or mount tires for you. I have yet to meet someone who wasn't friendly. Great business!
