Worst delivery service ever the never on time, there's been a few times where they completely have forgotten my order, even though I was told it'll be on its way, it's on its way, only to find out about an hour or two before closing, that they never put it on the truck. And they don't reimburse you, they don't cover your charges for having your crew come what should have been a 1 day job turns into 2 days.
Get ready to wait hours! Need way more knowledgeable front desk employees!!! The ONE you have doesn’t understand anything about the materials being purchased and causes a longer wait on top of the one forklift driver they have. Going elsewhere.
Waste of time. Just one forklift driver. The rest is manager or office staff. Bring only shingles. NOTHING ELSE BUT SHINGLES. Otherwise, they will count your load multiple times.
