August 1, 2026 today is the second time I’ve visited this location on a Saturday and it’s been closed. The website states that they’re open until 12 pm on Saturdays. I am a general contractor from Oroville which is 45 minute drive. Why would you have a website that states your open when you’re not. Big thumbs down to who ever runs this place. I lost two hours of driving.
I've supported this location for years with ongoing construction projects. Everyone here has been very helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the forklift drivers in the yard. Employees are familiar with me when I come in, ask about my projects and help in any way they can. Unfortunately, I got someone different this time who doesn't have the same work ethic. When Brad was checking our load, I pointed out some rolls of torch down and some buckets seemed loose. He barked at me saying not to question the driver's abilities. Later as we turned a corner those rolls, buckets, and some flashings fell off the truck. I smiled and said nothing as we continued on to Willows. This place is still the blind leading the blind. Ineptitude on every level here.
