If I could give zero stars for Jennifer Rehn and her co, Pacific Suncoast Management, I would. It is absolutely the worst property management company ever. If you want someone who lacks communication, has a horrible work ethic, doesn’t believe in customer service, is profound at being unprofessional and blames everybody else but herself, then you’ve come to the right place.
