The staff was friendly however they have unreasonable expectations for initial payment with lease signing. They expected a cashier's check hand delivered to them the day after they sent me the lease agreement which is impossible to do with a 9-5 job. Unfortunately they were not willing to work with me even though I was able to pay before my lease would begin. They also do not accept any payment electronically wether it's the application fee or rent which makes things more difficult. I would not recommend working with them if... read more

I have been a renter for 40 years and this has been the best experience with property managers. They are extremely congenial responsive to all inquiries and repair requests. Their maintenance crew is top notch. They respond same day and repairs are done quickly. On top of that everyone is super polite. My rent raises were fair and it wasn't even raised this year. I just moved out and expected to pay much more for damage repairs and cleaning, but it was much much less than I expected. Very fair. Again, these people are the be... read more
