Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Pacific Stone and Floors. We spent months requesting quotes from different businesses, looking to have granite counters and under mount sinks put in two bathrooms, a laundry room and the kitchen, in the kitchen we also wanted backsplash. We decided Pacific was the right choice because although we found they weren't initially very responsive, they provided the best time frames for installation as well as the best price. Have to say that these guys are so awesome. Let me tell you why... Ron took the time on our first visit to walk us through many different products. He explained quality, durability and longevity. Once we decided, he ordered our countertops and scheduled our delivery and installation. He and his staff took the time to come to our house that was being built and made sure that all the measurements were correct. I am so very happy that I decided to have Pacific Stone and Floors to redo my kitchen counters and back splash they turned out beautiful!! And my kitchen is now the talk of my neighborhood!! Thank you Musong and team!!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pacific for countertop installation. We were happy with a Happy Floors "Bambu Nero" product we purchased (installed by contractor). We were fully dissatisfied with a $1,200 quartz countertop installation, which required 3 attempts to install (8/30, 9/12, and 9/15) before getting the project complete. The first install of a TCE quartz product (1504, not one of the discounted options) had large, obvious flaws that looked like bleach marks. We called and sent photos.
