Excellent customer service and professionalism. The team repaired a chip in my new quartz countertop with ease. They were early, friendly, and did a great job.
I had a terrible experience with Pacific Stone Creations and especially with Ben. The countertop cracked almost immediately after installation and the seams looked awful. When I contacted Ben about it, he was extremely rude and acted like I was the problem. He actually made me feel like I WORK FOR HIM instead of being the paying customer. This company came to my job site took measurements and said free estimate and 3 D design but they don't give you designs until you signed contract with them. Also they want us to drive to their showroom in San Clemente to sign contract.
