They pay out well under the national and state average even in scrap values are high. Would not recommend
They rip people off I took in 2900lbs and got a100 dollars even though the steel I took in was thick steel and it was all cut into small chunks. They tried saying I brought in tin and case bodies which there was no tin it was ash metal and last time I checked cars frames were made out of thick metal and they was cut up. But instead of paying me the correct amount for the scrap I brought in which should have been over 200 dollars they scammed me. What kind of business is this
Was offered $75 for.my broken down 1999 buick from.cash for cars online, called Pacific Steel and they gave me $250 for my vehicle (minus $20 draining the fluid fee, I didnt want to do it myself). Regardless, the BEST price for broken down cars in town...also, user friendly place with warm welcoming staff that are EXTREMELY helpful!!
Never super confident going in here because I don't know much about steel, but I'm always treated politely and respectfully. From the staff at the counter to the folks who cut the metal.
