Zsolt did an excellent job on our stair railings. He brought my vision to life and I couldn’t be happier with how my staircase turned out. It truly is the focal point of our home. Working with Zsolt was wonderful. He was helpful and kind, extremely responsive and timely, he was obliging to our hectic construction schedule changes. I would highly recommend Pacific Stairs!
Zsolt did a terrific job. The price was very reasonable, and he was able to finish the project in good time. He was extremely conscientious and detailed to make sure the project looked terrific. Had an appointment with me last night at 6pm for him to take measurements. He texted me at 4:45pm that he has to cancel. I called him back but he didn't pick up the phone. I texted him if you're busy I can wait, he didn't even respond to me. I called him and texted him a few more times and even offered to take what ever measurements he needed and he still did not respond. Needless to say I won't be using him.
Zsolt is a great guy and solid professional. He built beautiful new white oak railings inside my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Pacific Stairs for your contemporary stair renovation project. - Steve
