It was back in the 90s and the office was in the parking lot of Albertsons, Burger King and Romeo's Mexican Food and Pizza. I do not recall my experience with Formanack being a pleasant one at all. He even made my grandma cry. Because of the bad experience, the name "Formanack" to me is synonymous with "punishment" as in "You better watch out or I'll give ya a Formanack!" I was just a little kid but that pretty much sums up my experience with him.
