The whole staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate as always.
Dr. Vora is kind, approachable and compassionate. My insurance places unreasonable wait time restrictions for care, that they must abide by, but I believe they would speed up access to pain relieving treatments if they could. I’ve had L4-L5 steroid injections here, later L4-L5 nerve radio ablation and SI steroid injections. They desperately need to update their billing system. They don't have a number for billing on their website. They have an app for patients, but it doesn't have billing. The choices they give you are to call and pay your bill over the phone, or use their website and enter all your information each time as a separate bill. Then you have to call and ask for an emailed receipt of payment. Not an easy 21st century system.
Office appears laid back but is well organized and all staff is well trained.
