The Doctor was fine, but the Dr.s support staff is the worst i have ever seen. No phone calls returned, prescription pre-authorizations not submitted. Insurance request not responded to. The system here is broken badly. I have tried my best but now i must seek help elsewhere. Today, 09/23/2025. I have tried all day to reach the willamette office, no answer, Left message, no reply. What the heck is wrong with this place??? I only want to schedule a appointment. Please, no copy and paste response.
Made it to the appointment on time, parking lot was full, took some time to park, ended up being 5 minutes late. Dr. could no longer see me, so I had to reschedule, even though I was there. Next appointment is over a month away. I don't think they really care about their patients.
The Dr. and staff is great, but the scheduling department is a nightmare to contact. I had my procedure ordered 4 months ago, and finally being able to get it done. People neglect to remember that their patients are relying on things like this to either move on the the next step or relieve the pain they are already experiencing. There would be days I would call 8-10 times with no response. No response to my voice messages, and no updates on any part of the whole process. Tried to get questions answered so my doctor could send a referral. Scheduler was rude would not answer questions about referral did not really want to help me. She is no asset to the clinic and should be fired
