3 out of my 4 visits were rescheduled and when you're in pain that's inhumane. First shot in back they put up high around 6 and said it would trickle down to where it needs to go, that didn't happen,so too months more pain til next shot, Last visit I drove 70 miles one way to be told that they tried to call me to reschedule 4 times, not true, no messages on answering machine and I checked the call log on phone that show no phone calls after they rescheduled 10 days prior. the doctors at the Division location are fine but the scheduling staff needs to be fired. i have been trying for three weeks to get a call back to schedule an appointment, they say to leave ONE message, but then never call you back. i think I'm going to start leaving a message every day until i get a call back. apparently they don't care at all about service or their clients. if you have not already started with them, do not start now! edit after seeing your reply below, I will state NO, you do not get to hide behind HEPA fo... read more

Nothing but issues with all of the front of house staff from every department. Scheduling an initial consult, scheduling a follow up, getting their authorization department to even.... do their job. It took two (2) weeks from when they received a referral to when I was scheduled for an appointment. It took another three (3) weeks before they could see me for the first appointment. Call patients after requests are received so the patient can schedule. Hey scheduling people, schedule! Return calls. This business is unorganized. They make so many excuses as to why they never receive fax requests by primary Drs. It’s literally been almost 6 months since my primary faxed PSS, re-faxed and re-faxed again, only to be told I need to give them a different fax# for them to use.
