I have never seen so much disrespect directed towards a patient than I did when I attended an appointment with my spouse. Both the nurse and the NP were thoroughly irritated that they had to interact with patients. The amount of deep breathing, sighing, telling us "I don't have time to do this", etc. was as close to an adult tantrum as I've seen. I am writing this on behalf of my 79 year old aunt. She has had nothing but bad experiences here. She had a back procedure and her doctor recommended this place. From the get go communication was a huge issue here. If they say they will call you back to reschedule or if you have further questions don't hold your breath for a response. Getting answers was frustrating. I personally accompanied my aunt to one of her appointments and was struck by the lack of bedside manner demonstrated by her doctor. Mandy is a liar and stone wall, if she doesn't know she lies then makes you sit on hold. Beware
They have done nothing for my pain. All they've done is order MRI'S. No injections or treatments other than PT, which I recently finished. I asked for something to hold me over for the 1 week before my surgery because I had to stop my NSAID. All I was told was to take the maximum daily amount of Tylenol and my Neurontin. Neither of which which were prescribed by them in the past. The Neurontin was from my PCP. No one on the triage line asked the extent of my pain this time.
