I have had the misfortune of having to do business at this location multiple times. Each time I was met with the concierge, when the concierge was ACTUALLY there, they were extremely rude and condescending. They will blatantly ignore you, and then address you with an attitude after trying to get their attention. This location needs to hire people that actually want to do their job even halfway decently. I can't imagine living here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.
This place is horrible. Customer service sucks. They have an attitude. They're on a power trip. The guy at the front desk smells like weed half the time, and he's barely at the desk. It's definitely not worth coming here.
