I took my 2002 Cadillac STS to them today because the OEM Bose stereo had simply stopped working. After a half hour with the manager and another installer checking every detail they found the problem, corrected it AND refused to charge me anything. I insisted on paying something but was refused and wished a MERRY CHRISTMAS.
