Great company that stands behind their work.
Installation was prompt and efficient. However, initial response to questions relating to the output of a couple panels was lame. They look for anything to try to justify the lack of panel production, which after several correspondences with their engineer who keep failing to take into account the time of day in his responses. Anyway, when it became evident I was wasting my time and the system over all was producing satisfactory results, I dropped the subject. I just purchased a house that had a solar system on it already. A week after I moved in I was contacted by one of Pacific Solar's service team members. They stated that they were the original installer of the solar system on my house. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
