After reviewing Yelp and Google it shows that Mary the Manager at Pacific Sleep Tech Aiea office is unprofessional. Asked our PCP to refer us to a different sleep study clinic.

Would give negative stars if I could. While picking up the take home sleep study machine at rush hour (5:30 pm) since that is all they offer, they wouldn’t not validate my parking insisting there is a 15 min grace period so of course ended up paying the $5 for 17 min parking. When I got home the machine didn’t work, called the 1-800 number, did the troubleshooting which was blowing on the cable like a Nintendo cartridge and that didn’t work. I recently had a sleep study conducted, and I can’t say enough good things about Phoebe, the technician who assisted me throughout the process. From start to finish, her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful experience much easier. I took my 3 year old son here. Phoebe was our sleep tech, she was very good and patient with him, I was allowed to sleep next to my son. The whole process was so much easier than I expected. Mary at the front office was so nice as well. They accommodated us very well. The room and bed were okay. We got the report a week later. The only thing I didn't like is that at 5:45AM i woke up to the gardners blowing right outside the window and also in the report they recommended my son lose weight, however my son is underweight.

This place was awesome. I did both my @ home sleep study and my in-lab sleep study here. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and very approachable. They answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I had one of best nights of sleep in a long time during my titration sleep study.
