I took my 3 year old son here. Phoebe was our sleep tech, she was very good and patient with him, I was allowed to sleep next to my son. The whole process was so much easier than I expected. Mary at the front office was so nice as well. They accommodated us very well. The room and bed were okay. We got the report a week later. The only thing I didn't like is that at 5:45AM i woke up to the gardners blowing right outside the window and also in the report they recommended my son lose weight, however my son is underweight.
This place was awesome. I did both my @ home sleep study and my in-lab sleep study here. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and very approachable. They answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I had one of best nights of sleep in a long time during my titration sleep study.
We had a great experience! My son was referred here for his sleep study. I had heard horror stories of sleeping in a recliner and being awakened and kicked out at 4:30am. They let me sleep in the queen sized bed next to him, which helped him fall asleep quickly. We could control the temperature of the room with a split unit AC. Seriously go somewhere else. Dealing with the manager is a nightmare. It’s not worth the nice doctor
The doctor is kind, the front office and the techs are kind, but the other review about the clinical office manager is absolutely on point. There's a reason it has so many likes. Mary is wildly unprofessional and twists your words. I've never had such poor treatment from a doctor's office, I'm really struck, it's quite unbelievable. It would be great to get an apology but from how she twisted my own words between our conversation, I have no doubt she'll change the story when relaying the situation with other parties.
