I was referred by my primary care doctor to Pacific Sleep and took an at home test where it was found that I have sleep apnea...so I signed up to get equipment. They made me drive all the way to a hospital in Portland to pick up the machine and get a tutorial on how to use it. Later, I received a bill from insurance for over $500 for that visit when I spent extra gas milage and time and did all the work to get this machine. They treated it like I went to the ER just because it was a hospital? I'm still not really getting any... read more

What a terrible place. The room was horrible and had spare furniture piled in it. I was supposed to get the "at home" test, but at their site, but they insisted on monitoring me in person while I slept. They also informed me I had to sleep on my back, which I've never done successfully in my life. So, I only occasionally dozed all night long. Discharge was also really really slow, when I never wanted to leave a place more badly.
