Easy to follow instructions but I did not get to sleep the whole night.
Didn't like the reliability of the home test. I had to do it twice because the first time failed to capture any data. I'd rather do this test in a controlled environment like a medical facility since it will determine if I have to sleep using a machine for the rest of my life.
