Simply Amazing. Pacific Sierra Nanaimo did an excellent job re-roofing our house. From the first quote to the final cleanup, the team was transparent and professional. Greg, (what a guy) was incredibly helpful and explained every step. Wow! I can not say enough good things about Pacific Sierra Roofing Services. Carroll Swartz and Barry were professional and detail-oriented. They did a standout job in their sales pitch and excellent customer service follow-through. There were no extra costs, or quality surprises. Their rate was excellent compared to others, and they threw in extras like removing our attic mold and roofing our back sheds. Tax and the extra's were included in the original estimate. Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! We had been kicking around the idea of getting our roof done and already had a few quotes when Pacific Sierra Roofing came by (they were signed on to do our neighbor's house). Pacific Sierra Roofing Services just replaced my moss covered roof. I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I have a 2400 sq ft. house the work was done in a timely fashion.
