I'm forever grateful for this program. The daily access to case manager, therapist, support staff, and the higher-ups (if needed) is rare to find at a facility. I've made multiple break-throughs while practicing what I've learned in those rooms. Pacific Shores provides the resources and environment necessary to find your true self.
I wanted to briefly share my opinion about my stay at Pacific Shores Recovery center in Newport Beach Ca. When I came here I was broken, hopeless and everything was dark. I was in a state of utter despair . I met ms.Jacki 1st in intake, where she was compassionate and thoughtful to my situation. And provided the necessary assessments needed to ensure the right level of care. Pacific Shores gave me a safe place to start rebuilding my life. The staff were caring and supportive, and I connected with people who really understood what I was going through. I liked that the program offered different ways to work on myself, not just meetings. They were very consistent with things like communication and structure. Overall it helped me take big steps forward in my recovery, and I’m grateful for the experience

Very welcoming , and understanding that we all have struggles. Never once was meant to feel ashamed of my issues that brought me here. Continues support through the in process of recovery. Staff is amazing and uplifting during very trying time in life. Would highly recommend . Also the establishment is gorgeous. Thank you team.
