Terrible communication from company owner and refund not returned. Booked a condo through his listing on VRBO. Upon cancellation (within the allotted time frame) he has refused communication with both myself and VRBO regarding refund despite multiple attempts on various modalities. It is still outstanding at this time. Incredibly poor booking system he has, listing the same unit as available on multiple sites even though it was already booked by me, and same unit is also listed by a different property manger.
